What to Expect

From booking to delivery

A chapter shoot has more moving parts than a single portrait session. Here is how ours runs, and what your members can do ahead of time to make it go smoothly.

01  ·  BEFORE

Planning call

We talk through your head count, the shot list your chapter wants, wardrobe theme, and the locations. You get a written timeline before the shoot date.

Head count confirmed
Shot list agreed in writing
Location and permits handled
Retainer holds the date
02  ·  SHOOT DAY

Groups first, then solos

We shoot the full-chapter formations while everyone is fresh and every member is present, then break into small groups and individual portraits.

Full group: first 30 minutes
Line and small group sets
2–3 minutes per solo portrait
Directed posing throughout
03  ·  AFTER

Sneak peeks in 48 hours

A handful of edited social selects go out within two days. The full gallery follows, with a link every member can download from directly.

Best Practices

Pick one wardrobe rule, not five

A single instruction — "silver and grey formal," "letters and white" — reads far better in a group frame than a list of exceptions. Send it out three weeks ahead so nobody is shopping the night before.

Assign one point person

One member who knows the shot list, can count heads, and can call sisters by name saves twenty minutes of standing around. She is not the same person as whoever is being photographed next.

Arrive camera-ready

Hair and makeup done before call time, not during. Late arrivals miss the full-group shot, which is the one photo that cannot be redone later.

Bring the props that matter

Sashes, crowns, paddles, banners and flowers all photograph well. Pack them in one bin so nothing is missing when we reach that part of the shot list.

Book the light, not the hour

Outdoor sessions look best in the 90 minutes before sunset. Studio sessions can run any time of day, which is why large chapters often prefer them.

Budget more time than you think

Twenty members with individual portraits is a two-hour session minimum. Rushing the back half is what produces galleries where half the chapter looks tired.

Leave the phones in the bags

Sisters shooting behind the camera pull everyone's eyes in different directions. Designate a short break for phone photos instead of running them alongside ours.

Decide who owns the gallery

Name the officer who will receive the link and share it with the chapter. It keeps the delivery from sitting in one inbox after the shoot.

Questions chapters ask

How much does a sorority photoshoot cost in Las Vegas?

Big/little and small group sessions start at $375 for one hour (up to 10 people). Full-chapter coverage runs $550–700 for two hours, and semester packages covering multiple sessions run $900–1500.

Can you photograph our whole chapter in one session?

Yes — full-chapter sessions cover group formations, line photos and individual portraits for every member in one shoot, planned in advance with your chapter coordinator.

Do you shoot silver soror and anniversary sessions?

Yes. Milestone and silver soror anniversary sessions are available in studio or on location, with group formations plus an individual portrait set for each soror.

Do you work with Divine Nine chapters?

Yes. Much of our sorority work is with Divine Nine chapters — including silver soror anniversaries and line photos — and we plan formations and hand-sign shots with your coordinator ahead of time.

Where do sorority sessions happen?

In studio, at the conservatory gardens, on the Strip at golden hour, at the fountains at night, or on and around campus — most chapters pair one daylight location with one evening set.

How fast do we get our photos?

Sneak peeks are delivered within 48 hours so your chapter can post while it still matters, with the full edited gallery to follow in 2–3 weeks.
